Who we look for

Who builds the products, and who scales the house.

The weight sits on software and AI engineering for our products. We also look for people who grow the network and scale operations, often with an entrepreneurial background.

Software engineering

Relay, Nexus and the platform underneath. Full-stack, platform, integration, AI-assisted. Systems that have to run offline, stay verifiable and remain usable in the field.

Office

Resilience Technology Campus Berlin.

We work at Marienpark in Berlin, Europe's campus for resilience technology: workshop hall, container mezzanine, short distances. Neighbours from defence, space and industry. Tempelhof-Schöneberg, S-Bahn at the door.

Process

The process stays short and direct.

    Get in touch through the contact form, subject “Career”. A CV is enough. A paragraph on motivation helps.

    A conversation with the team. No assessment theatre. We test whether the situation fits you.

    Where the work requires it, a security clearance is part of the path. We say so early.
